Program

3days/2nights: 2 buffet breakfasts, 2 snacks, 2 meals

Accompanied program

Thursday

  • 15:00-17:00 Arrival at the guesthouse, welcome
  • 17:00 massage 1h, or yoga moment, or meditation moment
  • 19:00 Dinner and evening, either individually or with the hosts

Friday

  • Wake-up yoga and/or morning meditation
  • 09:00 Buffet breakfast
  • Free time or/and nature walk alone, or accompanied (consciousness walk, silent walk), or/and escapade, with picnic
  • Time for oneself or Yoga meditation breathing or Reflexology
  • 17:00 Reflexology or Yoga meditation breathing moment
  • 19:00 Dinner
  • A choice of essential oil bath

Saturday

  • Wake-up yoga and/or morning meditation
  • 09:00 Buffet breakfast
  • Free time or/and nature walk alone, or accompanied, or/and escapade, with picnic
