3days/2nights: 2 buffet breakfasts, 2 snacks, 2 meals
Accompanied program
Thursday
- 15:00-17:00 Arrival at the guesthouse, welcome
- 17:00 massage 1h, or yoga moment, or meditation moment
- 19:00 Dinner and evening, either individually or with the hosts
Friday
- Wake-up yoga and/or morning meditation
- 09:00 Buffet breakfast
- Free time or/and nature walk alone, or accompanied (consciousness walk, silent walk), or/and escapade, with picnic
- Time for oneself or Yoga meditation breathing or Reflexology
- 17:00 Reflexology or Yoga meditation breathing moment
- 19:00 Dinner
- A choice of essential oil bath
Saturday
- Wake-up yoga and/or morning meditation
- 09:00 Buffet breakfast
- Free time or/and nature walk alone, or accompanied, or/and escapade, with picnic
- Yoga breathing meditation 16:30 Goodbye
